Lied to everything I was
And now I will be this liar
Telling lies to myself again
Never again to my own death
Wish not to this end

Now I feel alive
Arms held wide
And my voice high
Preaching into my life
These lies banished
For later those in doubt
Forgotten in my past
Some never to be found
And some never to be known!
Now that I am alive
