housing authority
and his building condemned by HUD

Good for you. I'm glad to see that you've stood up to your oppressor, damn his eyes! This was an excellent rant in the style from Pink Floyd's "Animals" ("...who was ground down by the stone!"). It made me snicker on a day when I can't laugh.
One possible edit: "as" to "at" on line 9?

To be totally honest, I didn't even expect to win with this, and I don't mind at all that I did'nt. It just felt good to rant about the son-of-a-bitch. Almost as good as it felt when I narked him out to the city building inspector over that death-trap of a fire escape. I'm the reason he got his building condemned. I'll bet he wishes now that he had fixed my oven like I asked him to. The cheapskate bastard.

I'm just a teeny bit totally confused by this. Who on earth are HUD and CUT? But then I don't know was a "nasis" is anyway. All hail to those lacking reimbursement.

HUD is Housing and Urban Development, as in Dept. of.
CUT is Church Universal and Triumphant, a new-age religious cult with its headquarters in Corwin Springs, MT, near where I live. You might have heard of Elizabeth Claire Prophet? She's their "Guru". She milks these people for everything they have, and then sets them up in various "businesses", with all the profits going to Prophet herself. I cannot imagine how spiritually destitude one would have to be to believe any of her crap comes from God, or get suckered into that money-grubbing scam. -

I like that one. I always call them C.U.T, but have the initials meaning Collection of Unrepentant Thieves (which is what they are). I swear, if they thought they could get away with it, they would steal a leper's cloak and sell it unwashed to a vagabond for 200 bucks as a "prophet's robe". I hate Elizabeth Claire (False) Prophet. she is so greedy and superstitious, if she could she would pull out all the teeth of local children, and put them under her pillow so the Tooth Fairy would give HER the money. she is a C.U.N.T.
