Drop by Drop

One excellent drop
Poised silently
In anticipation
Of that simple thirst
Being quenched
That fundermental thirst
That we all share
The thirst to find fulfillment
Like magic
Within the next drop
This perfect drop

    SO BEAUTIFUL!

You have said in these lovely words the very thing we all hang onto throughout our lives, the hope of finding that which will bring to us true happiness and peace.

This is simply a magical piece! Your writing is refreshing, drawing the reader inside that "one drop" quenching the essence of the soul... I feel myself closing my eyes, head raised to the heavens and feeling the anticipation... excellent penning dear poet, my pleasure to stop by your pages! All the best to you, Annie

Now HERE is a place I could sit all day!

Like a Zen garden your poem is as the large stone in the sand... it is enjoyed for the beauty of form and the strong forces that created it. It is to be contemplated and enjoyed for the single purpose of bringing us closer to THAT place in which the author was standing when it was written.

To THAT place and THAT author I am eternally grateful.

May the flakes fall softly on my shoulders and linger in my hair... for I cannot move... I cannot leave this silent white garden yet... untouched... alone...

Tara, this is just lovely. Like eternal kisses the droplet cover us, with a sense of love that is silent and simple as the snowflakes showing down!

    Namaste!
