My Last Goodbye

In this letter holds your heart
In pieces scattered over the paper
Followed by a thousand tears
You called for me
I cannot hear you
For i'm falling again

A sense of lost fills the air
Absorbing all that it finds
Accepting, taking everything you offer
Frozen in time again

Sifting through the sands
Fading from this place
The wind blows, I'm gone again
Leaving you my last Goodbye

this has such a hollow, depressing tone to it. the words tremble with so much intensity.

    a feeling of emptiness.

so you're giving someone their heart back...after your own heartbreak. (writing a letter that holds their heart and your tears.)

i can relate to it, figuratively.

Nicely done indeed. This has a soft flow throughout echoing such sad thoughts
    Well done to you
