To say I Love You
Why I love you is a hard question.
I love you because you care for me like no one else does.
I love the way I feel in your arms, so safe from all the dangers.
I love your eyes, so beautiful to gaze into, and yet
never revealing everything to me.
I cant explain every way I love you
because that’s just impossible.
but I can say I love you because of who you are.
I'd tell you I don't care, that I don't need you,
I never think about you & you mean nothing to me.
but you told me you don't like liars.
and the last thing i want to be is something you don't like.
I can yell at you, be mad at you, say
stupid things & take them back, even
pretend I hate you.. but nobody in the
whole world cares about you more than me.

I've come to the conclusion,
that I'll love you till I die.
this love is no illusion,
no stupid crush, no lie.
There's always gonna be that one guy. The one
who you fight with constantly and drives you
completely insane. He knows just what to say
to piss you off beyond reason one minute and
then have you laughing hysterically the next.
He's one who knows you inside and out and he
knows about your imperfections, but he doesn't
care because he loves you anyway. You can
hang out with him doing nothing and still
have a good time. You cry to him after something
bad happens. He tells you everything will be
okay and you know it will be because he said
so. He's the one who will always love you no
matter what happens and you know what, you'll
always love him too. Between the stupid
nicknames and the fights he doesn't always
win. He's the one who has everything,
because he's your everything.
I know its not realistic. Its not
even practical. It doesn't make
any sense. But for some reason
I just can't stop thinking about you.
Someone once asked me if I thought it would be possible
to love one person forever... And I thought for just a second
about how much I love you, and replied "Forever isn't nearly long enough...
A 3-word statement does not justify
the importance that you have in my
life. instead of saying I love you, I
want you to know that no statement
in the english language, or any other
language, could possibly captivate
the very essence of how much I truly
treasure your existance
Me? Fall in love with you?
What makes you think you got that lucky?
So what if every song reminds me of you?
If the thought of you brings a smile to my face for hours?
If I lay in bed, unable to sleep, because I'm thinking of you?
Call it crazy, or stupid.
you can even call it madness
but no, no.
I'm not in love with you.

& yet you love me. you see me crying, weak, & yet remain un-phased.
I don't know how you can love me, but whatever it is, I hope it doesn't go away.
