defENDer
Three walls at Our Backs, Sword drawn to save whats left at the END of the Day,
While Those left to go Mad pillage and frolic, My Love I defend until Our Final resting place we cuddle and Lay.
Insanity may lead the Denizens of this Cruel World to partake on whatever They may Rape,
My Life fulfilled in the Eyes of My True Love, Hers Mine, Tomorrow We perish, She guarded beneath My Shadow to Escape.
We had No Desires but for Each Other, No Wine, Other Woman or Song,
The Breath shared by Our Lasting Kiss, Fond Memories a myriad of smiles, Enveloped in Arms and Emotions Strong.
My Body armors Her from the Sky, Her Beauty keeps the Soil at Bay, Together we Defend,
What care all Other wants and desires at this Moment in Time, but the Hearts that We ever Tend.
If Life ends this Inherited Twilight We go out to Face Our Judgement within the Others Comfort,
In a Defining Flash of Knighthood passed, My Sword dug into the Earth at Our Heads as a Cross, fore twas She My only Court.
In God We Trust!
We await the Angels!
Rest Well Beloved!
Aye!

this isn't a style of writing i've read before
it's quite unusual, but that makes it all the more interesting to read.
'If Life ends this Inherited Twilight We go out to Face Our Judgement within the Others Comfort' - that's really beautiful.
thank you for entering,
& best of luck
