Tears




Such beauty fills these eyes
Wells of pain explode
One look you know she is the prize
On you her love she will bestow

Lips that shine so full and rich
Bring hope into your world
Wonder here without a glitch
Into your world she’s hurled

Blue tears sliding down her face
Sparkle as they flow
Standing there with such grace
Do you hear her soft hello

Naught is there to give her pause
Nothing to ease the ache inside
Looking at her you find no flaws
You wonder why she cried
