Why is it this way
Why do all the kids always pick on the littlest kid
The littlest kid on the block
He has never done a bad deed
So why pick on him?
Why hurt him?
Why pain him?
Why leave him with the terrible memories he fights to destroy?
How can the earth ever become complete?
With all of the crude attempts at amusement
Think
Think of all the thoughts racing through the child’s head
As you throw rocky insults at him filling his heart with hate
Permanently poisoning his heart and mind
Open up your hearts
And give this child a sense of calamity
Give him a chance at life
Think about what he wants to be for once
Bless him instead of curse him
He could evolve into the savior of your life
And you being the debter
Owing as much as your life
Just for payment
Don’t be the spark
The spark that sets his life aflame

First let me welcome you to AP. I hope you find many new friends here and have many hours of friendships and poetry. Now on to your poem. EXCELLENT work my new friend. I love many of your thoughts and ideas. It is always easiest to pick on the smallest. Where would the fun be if you picked on the biggest and got your head kicked in...Great work and hope to hear more from you.
