As I sit here,
in my solitude,
I wear my robe
and revel in the silence
for it is here where I am truly alone
away from the troubles of the family
and have time and peace for myself
I sit here and smile
for my serenity is granted
and that keeps my sanity

Very beautiful and well said. Nothing like a few moments alone to find your peace...before the troops awake and overrun it.
Great job!
