why do I feel
stranded?
marooned
mid-wave
in silence
where dark
is as large
as lonely.

That was really deep. And VERY well written. Thank you for entering! I have felt these feelings before. Alone in a crowd. This poem really evoked an emotional response, so Great Job!

This is really nicely written. So many people share the same thoughts as you.

I thought you've shown a good fragment here. I think it was much complexion behind a few words. I feel your title could've been a little more creative but other then that, I enjoyed it. Thanks for entering!
Good luck~

Really? I liked the title because loneliness isn't something usually measured. Thank you for your honest opinion and also for a great contest.

I think the flow is fine. At least I got it going heh. This does feel sad ... I feel sometimes I am surrounded by people who don't speak my language. I suppose we're all talking English but the slang has taken over!! NOOOOOOO. Everything is slurred and it's just messed up. That's what I got from this. Favourite lines:
"marooned
mid-wave
in silence"
