Remember me? You broke my heart.
Ripped me down and tore me apart.
And how I wish for you this day
To go to Hell, and go away.
Your promise to me was all a lie.
I think that I would sooner die
Than ever be your Valentine
For I know you were never mine.
So here is a poem, my love so true.
I'm happy single, so there! Fuck you!

For the guy who dumped me on my one-year.
Fuck Hallmark Holidays!

This is an old one, but I still hate Val's day. Hope you like!

This is really funny and the valentine lines are great, especially with the timing! LOL I normally do not like poems that rhyme, but yours sounded very natural and flowed well! My only complaint, if you can call it that is, I would put the word 'a' in the last line. I think it would read smoother if the line read "I'm a happy single" Just my opinion.
Good luck in the contest!
~Cheers~

Just thought the ending was great!!
Good rhyming scheme. -
Another Dream-Fest
Believe it or not, I make my own Valentines. While you seem to have a contract out on "Hallmark Holidays", I've taken a turn-of-the-century approach. No two cards are ever alike. And anyone who's read my work would either kill for one, or kill me after getting one. Perhaps this comment will make you rethink the above-mentioned holidays.
Or Perhaps Not;
EH.
