I Continue to Run

Running to lush, clover filled meadows,
where hope and inspiration lie,
And dreams are three dimensional.

A journey not finished, the meadow, I have yet to find.
Yes, along the way I have stumbled upon,
More then my share of barren, shadow lined valleys.

But...

I continue my journey, I continue to run, and run hard.
The race isn't over until earths checkered flag falls,
At which time,  I shall learn my place in this world.

    Pretty

I loved this: so pretty and so metaphorical. It was so sweet and tender. I do believe you have talent...though there are a few minor typos. I wish you luck with such a deep poem. I hope you wish me luck too. Oh, god! THIS WAS GREAT!
