An animated doggie waits for playful activity to occur
Then, a butterfly pops up to kiss and smell her
Miss Pup wants to scratch
more than the flyer can do so
But, it's too high on her nose while sitting in stasis
to be able to catch
'Allow the movie to start!' says Polka Dots, the dalmation
with our conjecture.
And then, boop, the recorded monarch leaves
There were two seconds of greetings,
thus, I must realize that it'll come around again

I am sorry I got more of an interesting comment on my first try than my second, but I knew this was written in a children's way for how to look at it. I hope to see more of your contests, and maybe I'll do better there to win a trophy even!? I'm glad I used enough picture in my poem for you to play it for real in your mind.
