There is a point past love quite forgotten
It has no name, it's just felt beneath the heart
When suddenly all that matters is a voice on the phone
And not a touch in the night
When you heart races from the mere thought
Lust is ignored, for it is nonexistant
This point is untouchable by hands
But penetrated by words of the mouth
Where conversations arise worth meaning
And fights are always resolved without thought
This point is deep and hard to reach
It's a feeling forged when distances are taken
When seperate lives are led, though hearts stay aligned
This point is how far love goes
The invisible line is crossed and you are safe
Nothing can break a weld like this.
This point is a blessing made by hearts together bound.
Author notes
I'm in a very long distance relationship. I see my boyfriend once every 3-4 months. He's in the navy, I'm in high school. Though it doesn't bother me anymore. I'm alright as long as I get to hear his voice. This is where I'm coming from.

Korrey. A masterful weave of words. I enjoyed it immensely. It's also one of the first pieces I've read on allpoetry since maybe, 5-6 months ago.
I hope that you really are okay. =]
It's been a while.
