we lay down in the snow,
pillowed in white and
—oh so close—
you caught my breath and wound it,
wrapped it around your wrists and little finger,
softly and unintentionally.
you kept the night, it seemed;
giving the sometime empty stars light,
handing me Orion’s kiss to keep next to me
in place of the scorpion nights you couldn’t be there—
evenings I spent as chained Andromeda,
knowing that you would be my Perseus if there wasn’t a sea between us.
we lay down in the snow,
glistening under diamond eyes, and
—oh so close—

This is sweet as...from the title the image of sparkling eyes comes straight to mind dazzling white...full of imagery your lines unfolded from the page with a flow and feel that portrayed the emotions of lovers in the snow ..beautiful as the night sky aglow with sparkling diamonds glistening as they twinkle....thank you for the pleasure,

Full of imagery that one doesn't have to think about. You show the true picture to the readers mind. Very well done. This has vivid images within. Can be seen in different ways. Well written, very deep. Overall great. This was deep and intensive. Your insight is truly amazing. The glory and wisdom of your pen knows no end!
