Cleaning and scrubbing can wait till tomorrow.
Baby's grow up we learn to our sorrow.
So quit down cob webs, dust go to sleep,
I am rocking my baby and baby's don't keep.

Author notes
This is not one of mine. My mother had this up on the wall for as long as I can remember. My husband tells me that I should take this lesson to heart. I am a clean freak and sometime forget that time is not always put to use cleaning. I don't know who the Author is. I just wanted to share.

Well I agree with your husband. My mother lived by the motto that the cleaning will always be there but your children wont!!! I have taken her advice to heart myself and only clean when the baby is sleeping or playing with daddy... These are excellent words of wisdom

so sweet
I love this...mothers often learn that part of being a mother is learning to not sweat the small stuff, and with babies everything but the babies is small stuff.
