Affection For Death [An Epic Of Wrong] - Part III

Affection For Death, Part III - We Could Fix It If We Wanted To

The TV screams of infected scenes
Where somewhere, someone has a horrific disease
On the healthcare of the rich compared to the poor
As many die meaninglessly because they cannot afford
To save their own lives in this world of injustice
Where to care for another is a sign of weakness

Where money buys happiness, while others waste away
As crops do not grow and with no money to pay
For water to quench their families thirst
While others stuff themselves selfishly, fit to burst
Corporate pigs, turning everything to a sham
In this stilted world of material man

Nuclear weapons, not money well spent
In a consumerist environment where the top men are bent
Artillery bought instead of the food to get by
Just begs the question, just begs, just why?

In a list

Part 3, Is it better or worse than the others

    Once again...just lovely

    MY favorite line...

"Corporate pigs, turning everything to a sham
In this stilted world of material man"

That's a perfect way to describe the greedy rich people of the media and wall street...

    Thanks again for entering

    Not bad.

Lacking the "humph" of the first 2 but still ok, good thoughts, but this has been going on for hundreds of years, I carn't see it ever changing.
    WASP.

First of all, this is the most fun I've had all evening, I am going to comment on all of them! Wa ha ha! Anyways. Um. I think this is a bit less detailed than the other two parts. It's kind of similar to the first one, but just combining some sort of random aspects together. It's still very good, though.
