I woke this morning
rolling stones in my mouth
with my tongue
I have eaten hard things
during the night
spitting rough bits
out onto paper
will suit my purposes
there was no sweetmeat in them
simply petrified thoughts

This is stunning, I loved the thoughts in this and the easy way you have of conveying a few moments in time yet having emotion frame the picture you have painted so well. Thanks for this fine entry.

I had a tough swoop last last night and had to rid myself of them....thank you for the place to finish that off.

Wow
I hate those nights.
I believe in the venting of darkness onto white fields as well. But I don't do it with the grace and aplomb you show here.
