Amazing! How many errors did you need to know a computer does to form all this and yet still make it as powerful as 'God Thinks' You have cybered with God I think that's a first lol Love, C

i bet kim peek would relate this to his hard drive. i relate god with fraud, and computers with kim peek. god thinks: ayn rand is a geek for exposing him

Excellent... and yes he just might.. of course given who peek is, I'm not sure if that makes me smile ..or scares me

I relate god with vacancy and snake-oil.
god is still trying to put horns on ayn, but he can't make her blow his trumpet..

After reading hours of boring poetry I come back to creativity. I've not finished reading all your poems but I will. This one made me laugh. I think you do 'add idioms agog'. At least here. Very creative and humorous. You poke fun too.

This is very cool, and despite its abstract quality I'm sure one could glean an interesting, fragmented theology from it. I love the use you have made of computer errors, it is always goood to see something mundane made art (except that urinal). I love the use of the same letters over and over, spinning through endless computations, reminds me of infinity. Funny and strangely thought provoking ie, provokking strange thoughts.
I love "object not initialized", it sounds like some strange, aborted act of creation. "Call to abstract method" ...there are some good lines in your computer.
    Well done
    K. F.

    P. S. Good to see something so original and creative.

I'm laughing so much here because if you only knew half of what I've had to experience of this Firefox browser since AP upgrades, and then coming to your poem...

Simply ingenious, Liza...You've proven by this poem that GOD is more than DOG spelled backwards, but inside-out, upside-down, vertically, horizontically and every other which way too!

CONGRATS ON THE GOLD! Loved the poem!

I had to come back to this... lol. You know what the middle section reminds me of, these stanzas:

    I aid god dogmas,
    goad ids dogma, I
    add idioms agog.
    I did Adams go. Go

It reminded me of typing class in high school, where they make you use the same keys over and over again, and nothing you type has any real meaning at all. With that in mind, those stanzas have a WHOLE new meaning to me. LO

You have been watching the Divinci Code far too much my dear. This is indeed the computer age and I think God may be wandering around here too but this is going to take me a while to de-code before I can give an in-depth, even adequate comment. Right now I am laughing too hard to even consider a comment. God thinks...He may have made an error in your case. GREAT!

I wish you well in the challenge. This is surely off the cutting edge and totally out of the box.

Well, I sort of like this - but I also sort of felt as though I needed a secret decipher ring to fully "get" it. I will come back though. I know there's a bit of a puzzle to reading this piece and think this late hour isn't one that's going to help me really appreciate the value in what you've done here.

Seems like a cool piece from what I did derive though.

    Excellent

This is, by far, one of the best pieces of poetry I've EVER seen...anywhere. I dont know if that says a lot, but know that I am QUITE picky when it comes to poetry...especially on this site. A lot of times I find myself reading about things that just....dont matter. Though importance is relative to the individual, I try to stick with realism as much as possible and hold that on a higher level of importance. This is definitely real world stuff. Well crafted and well thought out. The programming error thing was an excellent touch. Wow. Just....wow.

I don't know what to comment, I am SPEECHLESS (if that is the proper word, here )

Your sense of humor is very explosive, to say the least. Now who is god in this, and who is dog is very difficult to extricate. Your own comment says "God Thinks:-------"...blank, which I see kind of a white noise where anything can be assumed.

I see god as a psychobiological (if any such word exists!) statement, and the hiccups and the spot-on anagrams (which can very well give bifurcating meanings) add to/hit at the central DOGMA! A very intelligent work...

you are looking for God in all the wrong spots. First i would look for him in the "c" drive just like you have done, then if not found there, i would look in the "d" drive, and i doubt he would be in there, so then i would move along and hook up my external hard drive and there he would be saying "why the hell do you have to hook me up to find me? why can't you just keep me close enough to your heart that you can just look in the 'My Computer'"

See the peoblem is, your trying to find God in on the "C" drive...he exists in the registry. So if I install Vista am I going to encounter yet more Gates "I AM GODISMS?"

I'm on a sci fi angle and see technology actually wither reaching God or creating him.

Intriguing style and concept, with that cautionary feel too it. "Do not play God!" But everyone wants to play Prometheus and steal fire.
