rip my face off

i stand before the mirror
of lies and of pure truth
i stare through the hollowed eyes
that have petfified my youth

behind me stands my brother
who lived a pathetic life
he cut himself right out of Hell
with none other than a knife

he told me later on
when we met at first
that we would eternally marry
and stand against the worst

i felt true love
for the first time it was real
it was a love so dark
no one could break the seal

i look into his eyes
through the mirror i see
i never knew a reincartnate
that was related to me

a brother and a husband
has this feind become
a hater and a monster
it's scary that we're one

my hair falls at my sides
as i slowly cut it off
he watches so intently
without a single cough

my knife rips through my hair
like it has my skin
the mirror reflects pure hate
that resides within

i reach out to touch it
so smooth so flat so clean
it's funny that it lies
shame it looks so mean

my eyes befall the creature
staring hard into mine
i smash that sacred mirror
to end this blackened time

the glass falls to the floor
reflecting the boy behind
the glass lies on the floor
and yet me it still mimes

i look down at the floor
to see the blood red shards
they stare right back at me
as if it a hundred yards

this is me, i say
and that is him right there
i search for the broken peices
lying within my hair

blood splashes onto them
and my fate appears so bleak
i fall to onto the shards
given i'm so weak

the boy behind me calls
holding me in his arms
the pieces stab like razors
and begin to raise alarm

blood drips onto the glass
until it's no longer around
and then they disappear
without a trace or sound

together in death they are
a black vortex of lies and dust
the mirror didn't lie they did
and for this punishment is a must

forever and ever they remain
a bloody pair of souls
wandering mirror to mirror
feeling dark and cold

let the lesson be here
that if you see yourself distorted
think not of what you aren't
or you shall be deported.

alright...tell me everything!

cruel and intense, this is very dark and I'm not sure if I know exactly what's going on in this poem. But nevertheless this is a brazen example of what life can do when in boggs someone down. Nice rhyme scheme it was glitchy at times but overall it was very nice. Twisted as Hell, but a nice twisted.
