republicans rule
and protect themselves
from their own hearts
and the rest of us.
you'll have your money
to keep you warm.
and hell burns bright
and cash burns warm.
protect yourself!

the day is near!
remember, the thing we need most is fear.
you can't buy love,
can't compromise,
a heart is a burden,
drown it with lies.
money can choke it,
power can kill.
and when it's all over,
won't we all have the thrill,
of seeing dead mothers,
and fathers, and sons?
will there be an end to it?
or will we have just begun?

Did you write this on a day when something ikred you or did you read something in the paper than made you write this? Very fast flowing, filled with venom - the passion gushes out these lines, the words you have used to express your feelings. Interesting, novel - some rhyme, some not.
