Why do you keep torturing me?
You tell me you love me,
and then you want to leave me.
Why do you keep hurting me?
You say that you need me,
but you hate me too.
Its never simple with you,
is it?
It always has to hurt me,
and Ill never understand why,
Youve torn out my heart,
broken and bleeding,
and youre holding it
barehanded,
without any cares,
when will you give it back?
Do you not realize I cant live without it?
I cant live without youre love,
and you know this.
You leave me sitting here,
like a starving dog, begging for scraps,
at the dinner table,
and you tease me with them,
with youre love.
You tell me you need me,
you tell me you love me,
you tell me you care,
and then you tell me you want to leave me,
you hate me,
you despise me.
Im everything you hate in this world.
Then why cant you let me be?
Love me or leave me,
dont throw the past back in my face,
like cold water to wake me up,
I know what I did,
it hurts me daily.
Please, love me,
or leave me.
Dut dont tease me,
and put me through youre hell because youre hurting.

Im a bit older then what you asked, but hey. I fgured it was worth a shot. I was half asleep when I entered, and read the rules, but just realized I missed that age rule somehow. lol

This was very well written (couple of grammar issues but not a problem) it was really good and i can relate, maybe not to the throwing ur past in ur face but i dont know ur past so other than that i can relate to the whole thing. I love how you wrote it and comparing yourself with the dog. well all together great write! keep up the good work and i wish you the best of luck! and thank you for entering my contest!

oh my god i can so relate to this. i just got out of a long relationship..and i felt like this the whole time it was like they were using me for a free ride in life but we are so more than that right?!! i know it i feel the faith in me just please try and get faith in you..good right and im so glad we can relate in thius subject but many people can..so keep your head up and stand up for what you believe in and you wont fall this again..
