I'll Be Here

Undying embers of the heart,
The bridge of two worlds torn apart,
With trust do conquer all despair,
Locked in loves eternal stare.

Breathing unties solemn release,
A breath that brings the world to peace,
Wrapped in comforting boundless embrace,
In the minds darkest hiding place.

Where stars now collide the harvest moon,
And fair equinox brings the night so soon,
I shall stand and wait for you,
For in my heart I know this love is true.

Very nice poem. I love the lines "Where stars now collide the harvest moon, and fair equinox brings the night so soon", they put a GREAT image for me to see. I think the finish is a little, I dunno, blunt compaired to the rest of the piece, but still very nice.

The beautiful simplicity of this is totally refreshing. Just what you feel in lovely words. I'll look forward to reading more of your works. Pen on...
