I haven't smiled too often
Or not lately, as I've come to find
Laughter comes once a week
And I've had both of those today
All because I talked to you

Feel like writing a poem
About how I feel in my heart
A song of happiness that sprung from nowhere
All because I talked to you
I laughed more than I thought
I'd ever feel in my heart again
I smiled and got a weird look
From my cousin across the room
All because I talked to you
I feel better
You remind me of my best friend
Who can make me laugh
Whenever I want to cry
I don't smile much anymore
And when I do, it's usually fake
Plastered on to please others
But not this time
All because I talked to you

Tonight, I set out to write a poem about how I feel... I thought it would be a depressing one, but it didn't turn out that way.
I made a friend and was talking to him on AIM and he reminded me of my best friend, Ashley ^_^ He made me laugh when I felt like I'd never even crack a smile again.
I guess what I'm trying to say is... this poem's for Acronym, my new friend

Omg, I cant believe you did this. This means alot I didnt realize I made that much of a difference..I thank you Its really sweet, almost made me wanna cry, but my manly urges told me not to "because then that would make me weak" but I dont cry often anyways but I really loved this its really heart warming that I made someone happy....for once.
