A presence felt, is a presence shared
You never have to feel alone,
For in those dark times there is someone there,
Even though they cannot be seen.
You cannot hold or embrace them,
Or feel the touch, of their skin,
But they are there to listen,
Just believe and they will lend you their ears.
Angels walk with you always;
They’re an everlasting friend.
Just speak with them and you’ll understand.
How precious they can be.
They can be found within your very home,
They play amongst your garden beds.
They awaken with the dawn of day.
They live within you.
If you believe and open your heart,
They’ll take away the pain,
They heal the darkness and help you through,
The burdens through your life.
So at night when those tears are shed,
And you feel all alone,
Seek their help and they will come,
To guide you along the way.
Author notes
I never used to believe in angels until a Spiritualist friend (Reiki Mistress) introduced me to them, I was very sceptical but all it took was an hour of meditation, and I was able to meet up with Arch Angel Michael, and he helped me through a stage in life.
I stopped doubting after that day.
I wrote this poem to express how much they mean to me, and that they can help you too.

I also believe! It is when I am out in the woods away from the noise of traffic and people that I feel close to something that one cannot see but if they just stay still and open the heart and senses one can feel it.
