God blesses mothers often

God blesses mothers often

God puts out His Hand touching your womb thus
joining seed and egg as clot of blood plus
God touches my spousal companion
while you do touch me with love's abandon.
From such blessings comes new generations.
Each one a gift for God's celebration.
You lift our child before angel smiles
thanking Great God for His Touch and His Guile.
God forgives children born without one sin
as I, a daddy, bear my broadest grin.
My beloved companion you dream
of a blessed child with sweet eyes which gleam.

Dear friends

We chatted of a mom and a dad as what the heart awaits and how God blesses life from inception as part of Divine perfection. LOL.

For me the rhyme needs alittle work smoothing over, yet on a childs glee and magestry i will say this speaks kindly to my heart as although i am no father i find such joy in helping raise my younger brother and watching him grow up and so your words brings back that feeling of excitement/concern when i found out he was coming into this world, for he was a sezarian and the odds were scary as to send my spirit praying for health, and so the health of the worlds new arrivals, especially my own when the time comes and so for bringing back fond memory, I THANK you for sharing this write of fortunes wonder

    Amazing....

I am in awe that we wrote about the very same thing... having a child...it's joys...that feeling when you first hold this child within your arms...and when you, as a woman, look down and think to ourselves "WOW...this CHILD was within me". I don't know about other women...but when I finally got to physically hoild my first...I was IN AWE.

God is a wondrous God when you think about the whole process....and I can only prepare for Him to bless me with this process just once more

    Great write as usual Orpheus

This is so moving, a wonderful write for the joy and neverending amazement of birth, the chance of that first cuddle, first recognition from a baby's face when they really see their Mom or Dad for the first time and their face lights up. That is truly one of the greatest wonders of the world. Smooshes to you both
