I'm always putting people before myself
I'm always worried about how people are feeling
I'm always worried someone I know is gonna die and
I'm always gonna feeel guilty coz I knew
I could always help them


i'm like God to the lost and lonely
I'm a drug walking around wearing headphones
i've got a style thats tighter than a packed carpark
I'm the glasses leading the blind
I'm the pied piper, showing these kids the way with some beats

    i like this poem a lot; its so effortlessly clever, like a great work of prose. my favorite part wasthe second stanza, full of metaphors and inspiration, but somehow i dont think it fits the 1st stannza. i love the line

    i'm like God to the lost and lonely

    and

    I'm the glasses leading the blind

    but somehow i dont get that onei ig how you hooked me with the repition of "I always"

    very cool... i always put others before myself and then i get walked all over... but it still feels good to know i helped someone even if they dont appreciate it... great write and thanks for the comment
