This is such a beautiful Haiku!! So full of wonderful imagery and emotion. Just an excellent write in every way. I am sorry that I did not get to Hood-Wink yesterday, but I am doing it now. I hope that yesterday was wonderful for you. Have a blessed night.

Hood Wink
Beautifully imagery here my friend. I can't write haiku's for the life of me. I just hate all those precise syllable counts. But I think I am going to have a try working with some more formal layed out poetry for a change... Just incase someone wants to publish me (yeah right). -
Very nice haiku my friend and the image evoked is magnificent. BTW I actually used food color once for my kids to make green eggs and ham, ROFMAO they laffed so hard milk came out da noses!! they loved it of course but I was forever doing silly things like that *sigh* i miss that stuff hehe. Best of luck in this and all of your endeavors.
