A molecule of a second
Threw my sanity out the window
And my soul was gently stranded
From my body, somewhere else
Where all I saw was nothing true
And I knew.
But just the thought
Of going back there, some place
Where I was loved, the feeling now
Overwhelms me with happiness
That what I saw could never be,
But I know I felt it was real,
And just the memory of such harmony
And happiness makes me smile,
Although I know it's over.

I liked this one. I loved the emotions you used in this poem. My favorite lines were,
