Silent Angel,
Please hold strong,
Hurt will come and pass,
But please know,
That though your love is immortal,
Know that many love you the same,
So Silent Angel,
Wont you please smile?
To make the pain escape for a second.
Won’t you try and dry your tears?
For we still care and know your in pain.
Don’t let death teach your heart,
The pain of ill regret.
Just open your eyes,
And close out the blind,
To see the love around you.

nice poem. you can tell you really cared about this person. its good that you put thoughs author notes in there or i wouldnt of really got the full point of the poem. i didnt know it was about a friend. but then once i read the note it all came together nice poem thank you so very much for entering my contest. and good luck to your friend.
