Unbeknowns

Missing image
Today I kissed the empty air
and spun and held it tight,
The wistful daydream took me in
to steal the joyous light,

Air so cold to soft caress
yet burning to the touch,
Abrasive scraping bleeding wounds
empty grasping clutch,

Sandy seashores dry as snow,
coarse as sorrows pain,
Every crystal crushing flesh,
friction searing strain,

Climbing to a mountain top,
the snow as cold as fire,
Frostbite visions wailing dreams,
of bitter burning desire,

Falling off a cliff at sea,
tumbling into an endless chasm,
Sleeping ever wistfully,
fuming distraught spasm,

Hope above just laughing glee,
hard cold rain rained down on me,
Pitter patter cold drops aching broken bones,
melancholy reverie anguished unbeknowns.

Please tell me what you think

This was so beautifully exspressed joey!!! Each verse is exceptionally thought out, made me shiver in some places

"Falling off a cliff at sea,
    tumbling into an endless chasm,
    Sleeping ever wistfully,
    fuming distraught spasm,"

My favorite verse, made me feel like I was part of it!!!!! ~Lurie

What I wouldn't give to see some happy poetry from you again. Your soul is so beautiful, yet radiates so much sorrow. One day your words will be filled with happiness again, and then the world will shine for you. Wishing you much joy in the days to come.

I really like it and it is so powerful. The only thing is that it is really hard to read. Maybe make the words brighter. Other then that what a piece of work.
