Erupts in my ears
Echoing in my soul
The chords of nature
My weak spirit hears
I draw them to make me whole
The soft breath of nature
Billows my hair
Tugging at my soul
The whispers of nature
Memories share
I keep them to make me whole
The sweet scent of nature
Exploding my senses
Awakening deep in my soul
The longings of nature
Leaping all fences
I catch them to make me whole
Emotions of nature
Caressing my spirit
Speaking joy to my soul
Healing of nature
If I but hear it
I can grasp it to make me whole
Melody of nature
A woman of stone
Emerges within my soul
Harmony of nature
Harken the tone
I draw them to make me whole

There are few things more sacred than the ground beneath our feet and the wind that brushes through our hair, or the sun that touches our skin. A beautiful write about an essential part of all of us. I always look forward to these.
