the wishes to die
the wishes to be dead
the wishes not to cry
wishes not to feel the pain
wishes for it to remain
wishes to be loved
wishes to be thought of
wishes to leave to darkness
and enter into light
wishes not to leave a scar
each and every night
wishes to remember
wishes to forget
wishing that each day
wouldn't be a threat
wishes of thought
wishes of time
all the time spent
wishing you were mine
wishing for your care
wishing you were there
wishing things would change
but they just rearrange
into wishes of death
wishes of pain
wishes of thought
and wishes we can't explain.

This is a veru emotional piece Mary, i am really blown away by it...it was beautiful inderneath all the hurt and pain that is described here..you did a wonderful job on writing this poem, a very great job...I absolutely love it....Great work!!!

Well, this type of write is deeply disturbing to me. You did a good job conveying your feelings here. I have a two word solution to all this deep distress. JESUS HEALS. Anyway, a thought provoking and emotional write, is what you have here. But it is just one small step out of the darkness and into the light, not a long hard journey. Blessings and best wishes. Susan
