The shadows ever waking
Will never stop taking
My sleep from me
The night everlasting
And my dreams always casting
A dark memory over me
The moon rays cease
The shadows prolong
While good dreams cease
Fear enwraps me in my rest
The dark groping at my chest
Until the point where it strangles me
To death...

This was good. the rhyme kinda softened it up a bit. I wish that it was a bit longer.
