Hold me closely
For I drown
Keep me safely tucked away
For once I venture out
I will betray you

Last night you saw me
Through all the tears
Holding on to my blanket
To calm my fears

Though you down
Beat you up
Show you how rough you are

Cursed the heavens for you pride
