What if, What if
The silent clouds shift
through brilliant hues
within the dying day.
Wandering the endless
wondering realms
of
what if, what if
Shifting to pale warm embers
of a fire upon the winds of thought.
These pastels whisper,
soflty whisper deeply
"what if, what if"
Turning to the dark charcoals
the greys leading into
nights acrylics.
Ever brilliant in muted mystery
they call through serenity's echo.
"what if, what if"
My heart floats
with these clouds
as love speaks to me
in my mind.
"Dream dreamer dream
what if, what if "

I enjoyed the way you related the night to nature and all the wonders that befall the falling of the sun. Great work! I appreciate you taking the time and making the effort to enter my contest. Thank you and good luck!

Nice
You've seemed to follow an idea many other people have in this contest , relating your emotions to nature but i think you have exceeded a few of the others in your piece . Good luck on the contest . -
