Here I am laying in a pool of blood
there is the reaper waiting for me
as I slip away from this life
wishing it would hurry and just be.
Living a life that is so meaningless
so dry and so unblessed
this I wish to leave
death for me has caressed.
I took the knife and slit my wrists
looking for the eternal bliss
the one that the grim reaper can partake
of this make no mistake he did enlist.
Droplet by droplet it does come closer
my eyes dim in the daylights beginnings
I await for my fate to be
gone forever, this is my winnings.
Goodbye now my life drains out
no more will I have the pain
the terror, the hurt, todays unrest
it is gone now with the rain.
