The Water Cycle

I wonder where my tears go...

Once they've dried out from my pillow.

Do they become rain, or sleet, or snow?

Do they join a river and flow?

Perhaps they help make flowers grow.

Do they form dew drops on a window,

Or use a waterfall to get from high to low?

Oh, I certainly would love to know,

Just where all my tears go.

I see this as a looking past the 'now' to help the tears stop flowing, and I like it a lot. I've never seen the subject handled this way before, it is unique and wonderful. Bravo.

There's a country song about two teardrops that meet in the ocean ... one is from happiness and one from sorrow. They fall in love. Your poem reminded me of that. Good job.

Thought this might be dealing with precipitation, condesation etc. LOL. Goof rhythm and rhyme in these lines - easy to read and understand what you are asking here. Kind of sad, yet cute in a way.
