Oh, my most precious and fragile dove
who is the treasure of our matchless love,
I lay all that I am at your heart's sweet door,
willingly giving it to the one I totally adore.
Our lives, which have breathed so often in ages passed,
always found each other despite having a different mask.
Once fate's clock at last struck us during a given moment of time
we wrapped our ancient essence in devotion's garment so sublime.
Unto heaven's host of immortal and watchful ears
shall I sing my longing with streams of pleading tears,
till even the universe itself resounds with my aching acclaim,
and all life knows that even my pulse throbs with very your name.
Before any dawn shined with its dazzling light
our souls were already destined to forever unite,
two hearts beating in the perfect rhythm of one,
knowing a star-crossed union more fiery than the sun.
Nothing can ever cool my passion's flaming briar
from worshipping your beauty, radiant as a raging fire,
uttering my sighs for you in notes soothing as a lyre,
all for my angel of whom I deeply need and utterly admire,
you are the only one, my darling, that I will ever truly Desire.
