Jeeves, Surely Someone Jests !! ?

It's all too beautiful to waste, all of you: we are
So full of wonderful that it would be but evil
In the extreme; at least, so it has been suggested
By those who aught to know. Better were we to become
As little children, ignorant, immature body,
Brain half-formed, than to become wise in the face of death.

In fact, of course, such words are such words that welcome death,
Self-contradictory oxymorons that we are,
Slated, by out own instincts' assessments, to become
Fated to be, as it were, as it were, seeing evil
Not, hearing evil, not, speaking evil as suggested
By our own better material desires for body.

Foreboding so easily ignored by a body
Whose diurnal mechanic outweighs suggested
Learnings, where not reinforced by discipline, we are
Educated as excrement, fertilising death
With intuition beyond description as evil
In such wise that extinguishment of our life become.

At least that is what scientists predict must become
Of late, if you call five decades "of late": such a death
After so many centuries by neglect evil
Would be called by the Priesthood of Set, to whom body,
As vehicle of indulgence will become, we are;
Furthermore, that it would be sad end is suggested.

That it would be drawn out is also then suggested,
And that it shall be soon rather than later become
That we enjoy such fortune, therefore indulge body
To the maximum extent which able we are
We are, as if promised in marriage to a death,
By fascinating engagement, Beezlebub evil.

Still others, in the name of the righteous, say evil
We are, intrinsically, that to dust our body
Must return; still others that we may yet transcend death
Through nirvana; still others, uncaring, suggested
It matters not, live now, as if one could not; become
The best that you can. Overall, it seems doomed we are.

As one to me suggested the other day we are
All or at least as body politic so become
Philosophically evil that we deserve death.
