Aimlessly wandering,
through lifes chiselled paths,
I stumble on a gate,
elegant,ornate,emitting soft glows,
drawing me ever nearer.
I peer curiously,
through celestial keyhole,
eyes agasp at edenic hues ,
that confront my soul,
dance with my imagination.
Entering,consumed in words
of hope and love that bloom,
and blend in poetic bliss,
fluttering butterflies of lyrics,
in softly flowing streams of rhyme
Lights buzz and swarm,
ferrying messages of litery creation,
radiating in verse and prose,
one light,arms outstretched,
touches me in aphorisms of friendship,
In the AP garden of light,
grow companions of blessedangels,
to guide us and steer our way,
giving warmth and hope as we travel
through lifes chiselled paths...

Beautiful tale of poetic roses in an AP garden. I guess words and poems can be described as flowers growing and blossoming, as they do need cherishing and nurturing. My favourite stanza was "Entering,consumed in words

Touches me in aphorisms of friendship... My english teacher does this thing called "the daily aphorism" its usually a quote that was thrown on the board but... thats the only reason I know what aphorism is so I guess I cannot complain! Good poem and good luck, I think you may be the only person I know who has ever seen AP as a "Garden of light" ~AwesomeJoshsome~
