He holds on so tightly as to not let me fall
And I know in that moment that he would give it all
Just for everything to be back where it was before
But that only lasts but one second more..
And we're back and he won't smile at me
All he does is glare and he never sees
My inner feelings, my just wanting to leave
With him I don't know what to believe..
And so I don't. I just let it all stand still
Waiting to jump, leaning off the sil
And for one more moment he'll hold me
Then I'm back to being the person he can't see.
Author notes
Heath told me.. that she thinks the middle is lacking something. I tried, but ended up leaving it, because not only could I not think of anything to change in the middle, but also, I like it how it is. Hope you like it too,
Cass

Love it!
There is something about this poem that just makes me just love it! The whole message/meaning.
You did a fabulous job on this! I wouldn't change anything in here, it is soo strong and it explains things as well as I'm understanding.
Love
