simple way of showing how the birth of a newborn child can take over the heart so easily, and remain there for years to come as you do everything in your power to help them grow into a solid human. your wisdom past to them, so they learn, your love, so they can love, your soft gentle touch but yet frim, so they know how to soft your heart has been made by their appearance, and yet, realise that they have no fear in the firmnes of your hold, that will save them from any harm in your hands. A very loving little write.

What a beautiful, sweet and tender piece of poetry. Newborn babies are a precious gift and we as humans hold that special gift of touch. Tests were actually done years ago comparing babies that were held and touched to others that received nourishment and care but no comfort or touching, and the ones who did not receive the touching and being held were diagnosed with failure to survive. This tells us, as if we did not know, the very importance of the human touch.
