Gorgeous hair,
Flawless face
The poster pin-up girl
for Vanity
and here you are
trapped on a couch
stuck in a prison
of your own body
bits of fat cling
to every functioning organ
and how you long to be
just ...
like...
them.
So it's one quick trip
Stomach stapled
Face dissected
and you're on your way
On the path to
perfection
perfect teeth, perfect eyes
and you drone in
To get it all done
one more brain washed
specimen
in a rat trap of
elogance...
vanity...
LIES...
