One day the sky opened up
and the past, present and future
fell to the earth
I raised my arms in praise
of this magnificent moment
Fairies danced around
sprinkling stardust,
as a Unicorn drank from
the river of life
The cool breezes made music
through the trees,
as the creatures squealed
in delight
The stars twinkled to the beat
of earth's heartbeat
Yes, this is life
where the earth and the sky
become one
There is peace

Hello Soulful Woman.
Your description of peace, speaks of interconnectedness, funny I actually have a contest about that at the moment. Anyway, past, present and future falling to the earth, speaks of 'here and now' to me. And proper here and now, in my opinion, can only be done by the soul, as your bring more of the real you into the only moment that is forever real. Earth and sky becomes one, speaks to me of as above as below. Interesting thoughts in this poem, with descriptions that fit the picture well.
My regards.

I wonder
Often I try to explain my being. At times wrapped up in my own little universe. I ask " Do I have a spirit ".. And in my quest for further knowledge I read.. As Finality approaches I still have no answers other then we may be just from the Anunnaki. { Not some Indian tribe}

This is such a beautiful poem you have penned. So many vivid images ran through my mind as I was reading it. You've penned such a peaceful and serene poem. And the picture you chose to accompany it fits the wording and the meaning of the poem perfectly! Beautiful job.

Dust of our grandfathers
Swirl in windy staircases
Revealing lessons of past live's
Calling us to walk and commune with
The old way's
To make them new once again
That life's river never ends
Never becomes dry and barren
Never loses its ability to quench man's thirst
Of insight and enlightenment
Listen to the wind Aye
The past, present, and future
Beckon, we come
To light the sage of knowledge and insight
Grandfathers come
Teach us well
I am ready to listen
Ready to drink
YOur words, do inspire me very much
