Gardener
In the unfamiliar garden
I fell asleep in the spider's web.
Wounded.
Before that first and gentle ray
a touch of silk pulled me away
to heal my wings with soothing bliss,
with morning’s dew and lover’s kiss.
A happy mist escaped my eyes,
he hanged my tears beneath the skies,
and in each drop of starlight lace
I saw my gardener’s pale face.
From poppy leaves he plied me shoes
then dressed me Peter Pan’s soft hues,
with blades of grass he tied my hair
(I didn’t quarrel, wasn’t fair).
I asked - what are you planting in this garden?
Flowers. But I have more than one...
Another garden?
Yes. In my chest.
What are you planting there?
Smiles, but... the nicest garden...
(I took a deep breath)
...for poetry and fairytales
is in my heart,
because you belong there.
And I fell in love with my gardener.

We all have our own ways and vissions and the best way is to put all them on the smae pile to see how our poetic muses works.

SO SOFT AND SWEET!
Such sweet thoughts you have painted within my mind with these beautiful words.
A picture of a garden filled with colorful flowers is indeed a beautiful sight to behold and the same is the brightness within a true and sincere heart.
