Why
does life have to be so unkind
its sorrow and hurt I cant define
There’s no stop and no rewind
and in the end I think its all in my mind
its enough
to make a grown man cry
and its enough
to make a little girl wanna die
Like a dream never realized
Like a warrior unable to fight
or a basketball player whose paralyzed
and in the end I think its all in my mind
it makes you wonder
how you can under - stand it
life’s tough - granted
but some things just shouldn’t happen
