If I Died Tomorrow

If I died tomorrow, I don’t think I’d care
I wouldn’t go to heaven feeling regret or despair
My spirit would float around with glee
Though I hope that you’d be missing me

If I got knocked down by a big red bus
I’d lie on the ground without a fuss
The paramedics I’m sure would be too late
But I do not care, I’ve accepted my fate

If while I were swimming I got pulled under
I don’t think I’d be in a great big plunder
I’d lie back, relax, and smile at the fish
I hope they don’t end up fried on a dish

If a bomb landed right on top of my head
I know I’ll stick to what I’ve said
Iraq, don’t worry, I’ll hold no grudge
But I’m sorry to say punishment’s up to the judge

If my body were to burn, in a massive fire
A funeral then, I’m sure I’ll require
But fear not, it’ll be a lovely day
A beautiful service, I’m certain they’ll say

If I died tomorrow I don’t think I’d care
I have no worries; I’m up in the air
I don’t care about tomorrow, it is true
‘Cause today I got a kiss from you

Please tell me what you think
