Hold On
I know you are out there,
Surving in the cold wilderness called your home,
I haven’t seen you even once in a long while,
I miss the fact that you and I were all we had,
I grow very weary and very sad as I think of your smile,
Everytime I think about it I grow sad,
I wish I could reach you right now,
And even though my love for you is great,
I don’t have the power to get through all this hate,
I just want to let you know I love you and someone cares,
You have been switching families and lives for so long,
I figured it would be nice to let you know you are not alone,
I remembered when I was able to hold you such a long time ago,
And now you must continue to hold on but don’t forget,
That you are not on your own.

Powerful
This is a very caring and personal piece that I sincerely hope reaches the intended. Often life places us or a close one on paths that seperate us. I hope that in your seperation of this loved one, you stay close in memory. I will pray for you and your missed one a warm reunion. Good luck in the contest!

This is a nice message to some one far away, wishing them hope and freindship, I'd say it fits as it is intended to let someone know they are cared for even if they are far away, thank you for the entry it is greatly appreciated.
Seems like it fits into option one as well, in a strange way.
