Scream as loud as you can
so that your voice echoes to all.
Dance until your knees ache
and your feet are calloused.
Cry your heart out,
do not be ashamed of tears.
Sing until you are out of breath.
Spin until you are dizzy,
lift your hands up to the sky.
Run until you collapse
and roll on the floor.
Laugh so hard that your sides ache,
smile as wide as you can.
Chase the clouds
Touch the stars
Embrace life
